• Exchange Policy (Lingerie/Bras Only): We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential. We offer size exchanges exclusively for lingerie (bra) items.
• The 7-Day Window: To be eligible for a lingerie exchange, you must notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition of Return: Any item approved for exchange must remain unworn, unwashed, completely unaltered, and in its original luxury packaging with all tags firmly attached.
